Services. House Fixed INC provides Handyman Services, Plumbing, Electrical Repair, HVAC Repair, Residential Painting and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Fixed INC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid House Fixed INC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
